Walnut and Madrone Bench
2017

This bench was my second project at College of the Redwoods, and incorporates many of my favorite parts of furniture making: slight curves, veneer, and solid joinery. The seat is a curved veneered panel of madrone, which allows the walnut sides to attach without going against natural wood movement.
